These Terms govern your use of the Spendless app. By creating an account or using Spendless, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

The service

Spendless is a personal finance app that helps you track spending, build better budgets, and make smarter money decisions. Features may change as the app evolves.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and able to form a binding contract. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens under it.

Subscriptions and billing

Spendless may offer auto-renewable subscriptions. Pricing is shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple under the App Store terms and are subject to your local consumer protection laws.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the app: no breaking security, no interfering with the service, and no unlawful use or infringement of others’ rights.

Intellectual property

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Spendless for its intended purpose. The app, its content, and branding remain our property.

Third-party services

Spendless relies on Apple for sign-in and payments. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

You may stop using Spendless and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll revise the last updated date above and provide notice if the changes are significant. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
